We operate the website https://glpxstudio.com (the "Site"), as well as provide professional photography services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and glpxstudio, concerning your access to and use of our photography services and website.

If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking our photography services, accessing our website, or engaging with glpxstudio in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

2. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Service Offerings

glpxstudio provides professional photography services including:

  • Professional branding photography sessions
  • Editorial photography sessions
  • Corporate headshots and team photography
  • Personal branding and lifestyle photography
  • Creative and artistic portrait sessions

Service Area

We primarily serve the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area and surrounding Central Florida regions. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 30 miles from Orlando city center.

Consultation Process

All new clients receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss project goals, timeline, and service recommendations. This consultation does not constitute a binding agreement for photography services.

3. BOOKING AND SCHEDULING

Booking Process

Photography sessions must be booked through our official booking system, email, or phone. All bookings require:

  • Signed service agreement/contract
  • 50% deposit payment to secure date and time
  • Completed client information form
  • Confirmation of session details (date, time, location, service type)

Scheduling Requirements

We recommend booking sessions 2-4 weeks in advance for optimal availability. Rush bookings (less than 48 hours notice) may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

Session Confirmation

All sessions will be confirmed 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Clients must confirm attendance, or the session may be subject to cancellation.

4. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from GLPX Studio, you expressly consent to receive the following types of messages at the number you provided:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Session rescheduling notifications
  • Gallery delivery notifications
  • Promotional offers and seasonal specials
  • Important updates about your photography sessions
  • Follow-up messages and feedback requests
  • Payment reminders and receipts

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and preferences, typically 2-4 messages per photography session booking. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GLPX Studio does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

How to Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive SMS communications through any of the following methods:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our online booking forms
  • Texting JOIN or START to (407) 534-7581
  • Providing verbal consent during phone consultations (which will be documented in our system)
  • Signing up through our website or in person at a session

How to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message
  • Emailing your opt-out request to info@glpxstudio.com
  • Calling us at (407) 534-7581
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional SMS

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and then cease all SMS communications within 24 hours.

Privacy and Sharing

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for GLPX Studio communications as outlined in these terms.

SMS Terms Acknowledgment

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our photography services. You may continue to book and receive our services without opting in to SMS communications.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with major carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and other major US carriers. Delivery success depends on carrier compatibility and network availability.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers/ACH
  • PayPal
  • Venmo (for deposits under $500)

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of total session fee due at booking
  • Balance: Remaining 50% due on the day of the photography session
  • Additional Services: Any add-on services or extended session time will be invoiced separately

Late Payment

Final image delivery is contingent upon full payment. Images will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Late payment fees of $25 may apply to balances unpaid beyond 30 days.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Client Cancellations

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit minus $50 processing fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund of deposit
  • No-show: Full session fee charged, no refund

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. One free reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $25 administrative fee.

Weather Cancellations

For outdoor sessions affected by severe weather, we offer free rescheduling or indoor alternative locations. Weather determinations are made at the photographer's discretion based on safety and image quality considerations.

Photographer Cancellations

In the rare event we must cancel a session, clients will receive full refund of all payments and first priority for rescheduling. We are not liable for any consequential damages from cancellations due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS

Copyright Ownership

glpxstudio retains full copyright ownership of all photographs created during sessions. This includes all original image files, edited images, and any derivative works.

Client Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered images for:

  • Personal and professional branding purposes
  • Social media marketing and promotion
  • Website and marketing materials
  • Print materials and business cards
  • Professional portfolios and resumes

Commercial Usage

Commercial usage rights for advertising, resale, or third-party licensing require separate commercial licensing agreements and additional fees.

Portfolio and Marketing Usage

glpxstudio reserves the right to use session images for:

  • Portfolio and website display
  • Social media marketing
  • Professional awards and submissions
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Educational and workshop purposes

Clients may request exclusion from portfolio usage by providing written notice at the time of booking.

8. IMAGE DELIVERY AND EDITING

Delivery Timeline

Professionally edited images will be delivered within 5-7 business days via secure online gallery. Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available for an additional $200 fee.

Image Editing

All delivered images include professional editing:

  • Color correction and enhancement
  • Exposure and contrast adjustments
  • Basic skin retouching
  • Cropping and straightening
  • Artistic style application

Image Quantity

Final image count varies by package but typically includes the number specified in your service agreement. Additional images may be available for purchase.

Raw Files

Unedited RAW image files are not included in standard packages. RAW files may be purchased separately for $25 per image or $500 for full session RAW files.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Session Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time and prepared for the session
  • Bringing appropriate clothing and accessories
  • Following preparation guidelines provided pre-session
  • Communicating any special requirements or concerns
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for location access

Conduct and Behavior

Clients and accompanying parties must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. glpxstudio reserves the right to terminate sessions immediately for inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any health conditions, mobility restrictions, or safety concerns that may affect the photography session. We prioritize safety and will modify sessions as needed.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services.

Liability Limitations

glpxstudio's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for photography services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Equipment failure or technical malfunctions
  • Third-party venue restrictions or access issues
  • Weather-related cancellations or delays
  • Client's use of images in violation of usage rights

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or equipment failure.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide photography services, including:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Billing and payment information
  • Session preferences and requirements
  • Communication records and correspondence
  • SMS opt-in preferences and mobile numbers

Information Usage

Collected information is used solely for providing photography services, communication, and business operations. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of glpxstudio and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our copyrighted images without permission
  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks from images
  • Use our images for commercial purposes without proper licensing
  • Modify or create derivative works from our images
  • Use our business name, logo, or branding without permission

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Resolution Process

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action. Most disputes can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with any signed service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between glpxstudio and the client.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

glpxstudio may assign these terms and any service agreements to third parties. Clients may not assign their rights or obligations without written consent.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
